Using tech staff I dare say they are great and skillful in fixing issues on Linux servers. They are active any time day or night whenever I need them. Their server management pricing is quite amazing for what I get. I want to say that I have never had such quality support service before. I'm perfectly happy with their service at such a low price! Using tech staff services for a long while, I've realized they are the best in this realm. They have taken good care of their every single issue and try to solve any problems fast, even some unrelated.
There are advantages and disadvantages of their service!

Pros: they are quick in fixing issues which may occur on the server, their support is active any time I contact them, they provide a discount on their service, their technicians are knowledgeable and skillful.

Corns: they don't support Windows servers.

I like the way they provide their service.

I needed a quality technician to solve some problems on my servers and I started to look for the quality support service which was able to do it for me. And seemed to be very suitable for that so I decided to give them a chance and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their services. Everything was solved very fast with no glitches. Their tech staff was quick and polite.

I made up my mind to use them when I have a necessity in that. I like the way they provide their services.

I have heard a lot of times here and over there some horror stories regarding keeping all eggs in the same basket. That’s why I decided to take management of my VPS from other company I have VPS from.
So far I’m with Proaxxs for now for management and I’m happy so far.
Their pluses:
- I can easily move to another company and will never care of migration process as that is something what Proaxxs will do for me.

- I do not need to monitor server, learn stuff how to manage server - all what is needed - give clear task and wait till that will be done.

- They are fast. I do not need to wait for too long to have everything completed and done.

- They are not expansive.

Their minuses:
- they do not provide Windows server management. What if I would get windows server (or VPS).

- They do not have reseller option. I would be happy to resell their managed services.

I want to say that has a team of true professionals seriously.
So far I have had no glitches with them and all issues have been fixed promptly and fast.
I have to say I am very happy with the level of service I have received and honestly their pricing can't be beat for what I m receiving. I really don't think anyone can beat their prices with the same level of service. Some will say you get what you pay for. But I'm getting much more than I pay for. It's amazing!

I have been with numerous companies providing managed services, and have yet to encounter one as reliable, fast and supportive as Proaxxs. For the price you pay, you get a lot.
Their implementation team and tech support have been outstanding with the migration process assistance, and while change does take time and patience, they have worked through the majority of the kinks to completion, without any hesitancy.
These guys know their work very well and also know how to monitor your servers.
Oh, pricing: Very competitive. There are cheaper options, but so far, all the cheaper options are less capable.
My business has never been so stable, thanks to these guys. HIGHLY recommend.

I received report of a security issue that needed to be fixed ASAP. One of my friends recommended me a good managed service called Proaxxs and I signed up with them, gave all my info, added 3 tickets within 30 minutes and within 5 minutes of two of the tickets the issues were already fixed including the security issue. The last issue is installing some software and checking server performance, firewall, hardening etc so I expect that to take longer than 10 minutes.
Their team are patient and explained me everything I needed to know.
Pricing is so cheap, and I can also express the point that their work is based on quality.
These guys also provide 24x7x365 (5 minute interval) Server Monitoring with reboot, 3rd Party Software Installation, Server Backup Restoration.
Their administrators always do their best to solve any problem before it seriously affects operation of the server.

In conclusion, I can say that I am pleased to find them and will contunie using their services.

It happened so that I needed to find someone to manage my VPS (scripts, web applications and other stuff - no web sites). I had had several chats with freelancers (perhaps they were former web hosting companies’ employees). But was scared of opportunity they disappear one day. So I decided to hire company not freelancer. Then I asked guys here at WHT to help me in finding good place to order such a service. Someone recommended to use proaxxs server management service and I decided to give them a try because of the reasonable pricing and because they are company, which can give me some guarantees.

I must say that they have exceeded my expectations. They respond very quickly. And they have been doing whatever I need and whenever I need that on my server. That is enough to send them request and get fast response and get the task done.

The things I like about them are:

- they keep an eye on my server all the time (most likely 24/7). Because when I see an issue - I report to them and they reply that they are already working on that !!!! So they knew about that early then me. Sometimes they report that issue was fixed, in spit of that fact that I were not aware of that or even not noticed that. So they are proactive in this matter.

- they know how to use your server and get the best performance from it. When I “tried” to manage my VPS myself I saw some parts of my web applications working slowly. They make everything working a bit faster!

I do not have any web hosting related services from them - only management. And I’m pleased to get such care. I can imagine which level of service getting their clients which have web hosting and management from them.

I am fully-satisfied and highly recommend them for server management.


I’m not traditional or original client of because they do not provide me web hosting services for me. They manage my server.

First impression. At the very beginning I doubt if that is possible at all to get server managed so cheap. Response time was offered as a tad high for me. But that was the only solution I could afford.

Response time. When it comes to practice they response time has been ~10 minutes (Still have no idea why they offer ~60 mins). So that was unexpected

Resolution time. In my situation that took them no more then 1.5 hour. Pretty good I think for such kind of issues I had.

And every request is being served in polite way.

I recommend their managed service. You will be patient and happy whatever happens to your server.
